Carver County Violates Data Practices Act

CARVER COUNTY VIOLATES DATA PRACTICES STATUTE

Carver County is continuing to willfully and deliberately violate the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.  Noah McCourt submitted a request on March 14 2018, and state statute says the county is to respond in 10 business days. However, four months later Carver County has still not fulfilled the request.  Chief Deputy Atty "Poison" Peter Ivy is largely responsible for data requests.  McCourt has posted a page about Carver County's data practices misconduct.

LAWSUIT AGAINST CARVER COUNTY FOR VIOLATING STATE DATA PRACTICES LAW

McCourt is suing Carver County, below are some of the pages from his lawsuit.   No doubt this is not the first time Carver County has violated state law and made hefty excuses for doing so.  If it happens to you, hopefully this information can help you. Carver County corruption needs to be dismantled.  Thanks Noah for taking action!
