Forrest Robert Birnel spent 8 years in sexual predators prison on Moose Lake, Minnesota for sexually assaulting a girl, ages 6-12. He has a sexual felonies in Minnesota and North Dakota. The girl was afraid he was going to rape her next, so she told her mother. The amazing thing is her mother believed her. A friend of mine told me how when she told her mother that her father was sexually assaulting her, her father broke her ribs and she got thrown out of the house.
Thank you to this mother for doing the right thing. Amazing that a child at age 12 could stand up to a sexual predator who has sexually assaulted her, giving an interview to the police and providing a Victim Impact Statement for his trial. Fabulous child. Thank you for standing up for yourself and others.
NORTH DAKOTA RECORD
Forrest pled not guilty -- when the police had him on tape admitting it. That is just one example of many lies we know of and can witness to by Forrest Birnel. Fortunately, a jury of his peers convicted him, in a large part due to the fact that this young girl spoke out. Courageous.
MINNESOTA RECORD
Forrest was first prosecuted in Minnesota. He got off on one charge.
POLICE REPORT
Forrest admitting he did it on a conversation recorded by the police.
The abuse started as early as age 6. The police report shows how Forrest groomed the girl to be his victim.
The girl saying she knew what was happening wasn't right.
Forrest manipulating the girl not to speak out about his abuse, saying he'll be thrown in jail. Fortunately he was.
The girl said she felt "disgusted" by what was going on.
Afraid he would rape her, the girl got the courage to speak out to her mother.
Her mother did the right thing first - by believing her daughter; second, by getting the police involved. North Dakota police did an incredible job as well, believing the girl and working to protect her. Thank you North Dakota, job well done.
BISEXUAL ORGANIZING PROJECT
Forrest was in prison from 2005-2012. Maybe prison life developed in him a penchant for sodomy. The Bisexual Organizing Project shows Forrest as a board member in 2016.

PAGAN WORSHIP, BOOTSTRAP FINANCIAL LLC
Forrest appears to worship false idols. This page was printed out December 30, 2018. A month later it was gone, along with his Linked In page. I wonder why.
He says his business is called "Boostrap Financial LLC." However when you look up LLCs in the Minnesota state database, there is no such company. Forrest also said to a friend, "I get paid in cash." So he is advertising a business the IRS may be interested in knowing about.
