Just in case anyone needs a legal refresher, these Minnesota cases all uphold the right to free speech about a public figure and the right to publish public records. In particular, Jermy Quinton Banken, of the Banken case, is a public figure in regards to his divorce. There was a judiciary investigation requested by a state Senator in regards to his case, the media covered the case, an appeals document is published online, and there is public discussion of this case online.

2. 2018 Murder in Chanhassen by Carver County Cops

In 2017 two people were shot and killed by a Chaska cop during a high speed chase, which led to a $1.5 million payout.

In 2018, Carver County cops were very trigger happy in shooting an apparently suicidal teenager who was set to go to Minnetonka High School. Cops Jacob Hodge and Travis Larson shot the young man, and Josh Baker discharged his Taser.

A 2018 Star Tribune article shows that Chaska ranks 8/70 statewide in police misconduct payouts.

Several murders by cops and residents have been very close to black magic con man [BANNED CENSORED!!] surrounding him, including the murder-suicide in Greenwood that killed five just a few years earlier, also just four miles away.

If you cross black magic with corruption -- I have no doubt you get death.

3. Carver County CPS -- Separating Children from Parents

Judge Janet Cain is the head of Carver County CPS. She signed an order to abolish my constitutional rights of free speech, which I got overturned (see below). So have no doubt she is making equally as egregious decisions on behalf of many others. This site says Carver County CPS is using a scam to separate children from parents. Workers alleged in this scam are Tracee Bosch, Nicole Mercil, Carole Cole, and Jean Mitchelle. Tracy Bosch later quit, saying "I cannot do this for Carver County any more," 2012.

Lea Banken, a young mother who was divorced by her husband while she was pregnant with their third child, and was then denied access to her children with no specified reason. Shortly after the birth of her third child, the court took the baby away, giving sole rights to the wealthy father -- who has a criminal record and displayed all the signs of a violent and abusive husband.



Judge Richard Perkins presided over the Banken case, and there are allegations that Jeremy Quinton Banken paid him off.

5. Judge Cain Signs Gag Order on Whistleblower -- Violating US Constitution

Judge Janet Barke Cain signed a gag order on me in 2017, revoking my constitutional rights of freedom of speech and association. The court order said that if c[BANNED CENSORED!!]

  

6. More Complaints about Judge Cain and CPS Taking Children Away from their Parents

Here is one very long complaint about Janet Barke Cain. Although I'm not sure all the facts check out, I wouldn't put it past Cain's Child Protective Services to behave unconstitutionally. I would like to know what happened to Theresa Katka, who apparently had six children taken from her while visiting relatives in Carver County. Judge Cain also ruled against Lea Banken's Informa Pauperis request, when she was clearly eligible.

Carver County Corruption Must be Ended!

Judge Janet Barke Cain and many Carver County judges has made some pretty corrupt and unconstitutional decisions, damaging people's lives. Cain was appointed by Republican governor Tim Pawlenty of Minnesota in 2008, and has since become the head of Child Protective Services in Carver County. Most likely she didn't do well as a lawyer, so instead she probably made large donations, then got appointed as a judge. It is time for Janet Barke Cain and all corrupt judges to go, to quit destroying people's lives and violating the U.S Constitution. It is time for those who have their constitutional rights and children due to Carver County Corruption have them returned.

8. Carver County Violates Data Practices Act 

Carver County is continuing to willfully and deliberately violate the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.  Noah McCourt submitted a request on March 14 2018, and state statute says the county is to respond in 10 business days. However, four months later Carver County has still not fulfilled the request.  Chief Deputy Atty "Poison" Peter Ivy is largely responsible for data requests.  McCourt has posted a page about Carver County's data practices misconduct.  

The Minnesota Data Practices Board Commissioner reviewed Carver County's actions and said that indeed Carver County had failed to comply with state law, which means it violated the statute.

McCourt is suing Carver County.   No doubt this is not the first time Carver County has violated state law and made hefty excuses for doing so.  If it happens to you, hopefully this information can help you. Carver County corruption needs to be dismantled.  Thanks Noah for taking action!

9. Carver County Deputy Attorney Peter Ivy - Suspect Conduct

We've found but a few instances of suspect conduct by Carver County Deputy Attorney Peter Ivy, such as refusing to prosecute cut-and-dried cases, failing to comply with the state Data Practices Act, and defending police brutality.  One young man is suing the county for its violation of state law.  Peter Ivy has helped create the Carver County Corruption that is going on.  Click here for some info we have found, contact us if you have a story.
