Public Figure Jeremy Q. Banken — Allegations of Child Sexual Abuse and Domestic Violence in Public Records
The following are public records obtained from a county courthouse in Minnesota. In those public records are allegations Jeremy Q. Banken of Structure Hardscapes sexually abused his children and violently abused his wife.
EXHIBIT 2 – CHILDREN FORCED TO LIVE WITH ABUSIVE FATHER, JEREMY Q. BANKEN
This exhibit alleges that Jeremy Banken:
Sexually abused his own children,
Invaded his wife’s home,
Planted listening devices at the home,
Sabotaged the home,
Took away an 11 week old baby from Lea Banken,
Physically assaulted Lea Banken several times.

JEREMY BANKEN’S FAILED HRO AGAINST HIS WIFE
Jeremy Banken filed a harassment restraining order against his wife in 2013. This petition is public record.
Jeremy Banken cites as supporting evidence the fact that the mother of the children wrote that she wanted to hug her children: “I will hug and show my kids love when I have a God-given opportunity to run into them – regardless of how much money my ex has to pay lawyers and judges to tell me not to. It is inhuman and barbaric to expect a mother not to, and to put children through that.”
Lea Banken fought Jeremy Bankens harassing HRO and got it thrown out, with the judge writing, “The allegations are not proven as intended harassment that meets statutory requirements."
Unbelievably, this was Judge Perkins who threw it out in, the 2013, the same Judge Perkins who was the subject of a judicary investigation for misconduct in the Banken case in 2012 – allegedly receiving bribes from Jeremy Banken. Judge Perkins had done things like take away an 11 week old baby from her mother, without cause, and ruled blindly in Jeremy Banken’s favor.

POST: JEREMY BANKEN ALLEGEDLY THREATENS BANKEN MOTHER
Attached to Jeremy Banken’s HRO petition was another posting, which is also part of the public record. This posting alleges that Jeremy Banken harassed Lea Banken for visiting with her children when she happened to come across them, and who were very happy to see her. Keep in mind, at this point there was one child who was now 3 years old who doesn’t even know she has a mother.
DIVORCE DECREE – ROBS NON-VIOLENT MOTHER OF HER CHILDREN AND PLACES THEM WITH ALLEGEDLY VIOLENT AND SEXUALLY ABUSIVE FATHER JEREMY BANKEN
Attached to the failed HRO were also a few pages of the divorce decree, which substantiate Lea Banken’s claims of financial retaliation and harassment by Jeremy Banken. For example, Jeremy Banken viciously goes after Lea Banken for selling her wedding ring to meet her and the children’s basic needs. (Despite making $500,000 a year, Jeremy banken refused to provide assistance to his children’s mother, instead doing everything he could to financially and emotionally deprive and bankrupt her.) Reprehensibly, the divorce decree also shows that allegedly violent and sexually abusive father Jeremy Banken was awarded sole custody.
Lea Banken is given only 2 hours of supervised contact with her children once a week, which she has to pay for after a month. In a reprehensible violation of her Free Speech rights, if she says anything “negative” whatsoever about the supervisor or her ex-husband, engages in any “cyberbullying” – nebulous terms often used to silence the truth — the time is ended. The divorce decree claims that the court is looking out for the safety of the children, yet it places them with an allegedly violent father, who maliciously takes the children away from their mother and silences the mother of his children from telling the truth about him to anyone. Carver County has gone above and beyond itself in protecting and promoting violence against women and children.”
And then to top if off – Jeremy Banken, Mr. Man of the World, demands Lea Banken pay him child support for stealing her children away from her. Jeremy Quinton Banken is truly an evil man. May the pubic be warned about Jeremy Banken, because Carver County isn’t protecting the public. Please don’t leave your children around him, don’t consider dating him.
